Action Synopsis.
American paratroopers kept one squad's MG team attracting the attention of most of the German troops, while another squad did a hook side attack, taking the main objective. A Sherman M4 tank and a 60mm light mortar supported the American infantry. German troops surrendered after suffering heavy loses.
